Good job Cr1pPl3r, I agree with everything you said about each kit. You changed my mind about the active camo, using it to place RDX on walkers, that is a great tip. I love taking out those guys who run around thinking I cant see them at all, I sure can HEAR them.

I switched from BF2 to BF2142 because I like the futuristic scenery more. Plus when I played BF2 again it rained fraggrenades all over the battlefied I’m not the best player but it’s not funny to not get a shot fired though all those grenades. Luckyly its mutch more difficult in BF2142 to resupply youreself that fast.

Thanks Longshot.. It the next couple segments they are going to be geared towared each specific kit and weapons tactics for them , Im gonna work on a segement with squad tactics and titan tactics in the future

hey, I have played 1200 hrs of bf2 and a lot of 2142 over 3 profiles and I think 2142 as a game is much better. The buddies list, custom kits, and titan mode, bf2 cant keep up. But 2142 is lacking in any kind of back ground story. ice is coming, you fight now, end of story. I meen what happened to all the black folks in africa? Its all EU and PAC guys running around.
I would also like to say great jod on your video crippler!wow Here is an idea, gear specific tactics.(ex hover mines (1) placing them in cover so the enemy will not see them until its too late or (2) placing them in a straight line in the open to block a choke point ,and set up for a pilum attack for the flanks.

I don’t think it’s a special mode like in BF2, but some maps have very few vehicles making it almost infantry only.

Yes there are features in 2142 that I wish were in BF2. After playing 2142 for several months, then going back to BF2, I wanted to lay down spawn beacons so bad! Haha!

I think for me it would be the helicopters, but I do miss some of 2142’s squad features when I’m in BF2…

My reason for going back to Battlefield 2 is everyone on 2142 is way to easy I use to get 5-10+ knife kills just by charging and most of the good players are in Battlefield 2 the “veterans” and as for the time being Battlefield 2142 isn’t much of a challenge so I’ll stick to my battlefield 2 thank you…

I did like the new intro video and the past outtakes.

Recently I have missed playing 2142 (I’ve been away from it for four or five months now)… But since I had loaded in the Beta patch I haven’t played it… Not realizing how long EA/Dice was going to take with the released full blown patch (wow!) So I’ve been waiting patiently for the released patch, to start playing it again. Ugh! I guess I could play it on the limited servers that are our there (or reload it… NOT!)

Good show guys! I really like having the Podcast every week again.

I still find padders a bit annoying because I have always on every game i play payed close attention to my stats and rank to leanr how to get better and compare to the world. and when we have people padding its hard to accuratly compare myself to other people.
